How to use the food roulette

    1. Pick a food set — Quick lunch, American, Mexican, Italian, Asian, Korean, Late night or Healthy — or tap Surprise me for a random mix of 12.
    2. Type anything you are craving into Add an option, and tap × to remove things you don't want today. The wheel holds 2 to 16 options.
    3. Hit Spin (or the plate in the middle). The wheel spins for 4–5 seconds and the slice under the pointer is your meal.
    4. Don't like the result? Remove & spin again drops that option and spins right away.
    5. Share creates a link with your current options, so friends can open and spin the exact same wheel.

How to finally decide what to eat

Decision fatigue usually comes from too many choices. First remove what you definitely don't feel like, and spin with only 5–8 candidates. If the wheel lands on something and your gut says "ugh, no", that is useful information — remove it and spin again. You will usually know within two or three spins.

For a group lunch, let everyone add one option and spin once — it is the fairest way to settle it. Drop the share link in the group chat so everyone sees the same wheel.

    What's in each set

Every spin is random (Math.random) and no option is weighted. Your custom list is saved only in this browser and never sent to a server.

    FAQ

Is the food roulette really random?
Yes. Each spin picks the winning slice at random with equal odds for every option, then animates the wheel to land on it.
Does it save my custom options?
Your last list is stored in this browser (localStorage), so it is still there next time you open the page. It is not saved on any server or other device.
Can my friends spin the same wheel?
Yes. Tap Share and the link includes your options. Anyone who opens it gets a wheel with exactly the same choices.
How many options can I add?
From 2 up to 16, each up to 20 characters. With more than about 10 the slice labels get small, so short names work best.
